Your satisfaction is important to us at Crabby Coins. We are happy to accept returns on all our items. We limit this right to five (5) days from the date on which the customer receives their items. The return policy only applies to customers who notify us directly by email at info@catoctinrarecoin.com or by telephone at (703) 728-5625 during normal business hours within five (5) days from the date on which the customer receives their item. The customer must keep the item in its original packaging for us to accept the return. Once we are notified of the return, we will give you instructions on how to return the item(s). Returns will be refunded at the price the customer paid for the item regardless of fluctuations in market value during the time period between purchase of the item and the return being opened by us. Refunds for returns are not processed until after the returned item(s) has been received and verified.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns, you must carefully package the product and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Crabby Coins reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Crabby Coins does reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of $50 or 10% of the total order price (whichever is greater) on all returned orders.
Typographical Errors or Pricing – We always intend to provide accurate product and pricing information. However, pricing or typographical errors may occur. Should an item be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or product information, Crabby Coins shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that item. If an item is incorrectly priced, we will either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
